You’ve seen the beautiful websites. You assumed they weren’t for you.
Websites as good as the ones you admire, built for small businesses at much less than a full‑service agency charges.
The Cabinet · live sites
Three live sites, behind glass.
Each one is a real business with a real site, shown scrolling the way your customers meet it: on a phone. Tap a phone, or the button under it, to open the real thing.

The Floor · how it is made
Out the back, the mill is open again.
The mills I grew up around ran on tools, skill and patience. This one runs the same way, and every site goes through the same four stations, in daylight, in this order.
- Unpick
We read your site line by line and tell you what is worth keeping.
- Re‑cut
Pages, words and pictures reshaped around what your customers come to do.
- Sew
The build: made properly, quick to load, and designed first for the phone in your customer’s hand.
- Press
Launch day: speed, security, and your old page addresses redirected so what you’ve earned on Google isn’t lost.
At the loom
Iain McMullan
Twenty years of brand and marketing work, including AIA and Emirates. Now I lead Linen & Laksa, building websites for small businesses.
The name is two places. Linen is the mills I grew up around in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, where making things properly was the trade. Laksa is the first bowl I couldn’t read, at a kopitiam in Aljunied, and loved the moment I tried it. The studio sits between the two.
The mill is how we picture the work: many hands, one point of contact. I lead every project, and you deal with me directly, from the first note to launch day.
Back to the table to orderSend us your site.
The address is all we need. The markup is free.
- You send the address, with your name and email so we know where to reply.
- Within two working days, the markup: what we’d keep, what we’d change, and a fixed price for the re‑sew.
- You say yes or no. Either is fine, and the markup is yours to keep.
